User Agreement
1. These terms of service are a legal agreement between you and us (StreamingDelivery group, a.k.a. grupe LLC a Nebraska Limited Liability Company) and govern your use of streamingdelivery.com services. By signing up for StreamingDelivery service you agree to be bound by the terms of these terms of service and the additional terms as modified from time to time. 2. You must be at least eighteen years of age to subscribe and use any StreamingDelivery service or product. 3. StreamingDelivery group reserves the right to change the terms of service, user agreement and privacy policy at any time without notice. StreamingDelivery group has the right to terminate your account with us without notice at any time. 7. You agree not to use StreamingDelivery services for any unlawful purposes 8. By using our service you agree to abide by PayPal Acceptable Use Policy found at https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/ua/use/index_frame-outside. Violation of this policy will result in termination of your account and forfeiting your right to receive refund from StreamingDelivery for future services 10. You agree to defend and indemnify StreamingDelivery group from any claim related to breach of terms of service. 11. We reserve the right but are not obligated to review products and services on your and our web site to ensure compliance with or terms of service. 12. You may not interfere with or disrupt the StreamingDelivery system or servers or any network connect to StreamingDelivery 13. The information provided by StreamingDelivery to you may be proprietary in nature and you agree not to share this information with any third party 14. You authorize StreamingDelivery to charge Your credit card in advance for all applicable fees incurred by you or on your behalf in connection with your use of the StreamingDelivery products and services. 15. We reserve the right to change the fees after giving you a 30 day email notice. 16. If we terminate your account for violating any of the terms in this agreement, you are not entitled to the return of any fees paid with respect to any such terminated account service. 17. If you cancel your account you may not be entitled to a refund of all or part of amounts already paid by you for StreamingDelivery services. 18. We may terminate our services at any time, in which case you will receive partial refund for services not rendered by StreamingDelivery. 19. You grant StreamingDelivery a royalty-free license to use your submission and your name in connection with any promotion of StreamingDelivery 20. You grant StreamingDelivery permission to use screenshots of any web page that contains a link to StreamingDelivery or StreamingDelivery HTML code 21. Your access and use of StreamingDelivery system, products and services is at your own risk. We make no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, security, timeliness or availability of the StreamingDelivery service. 22. You agree not to hold us liable for damages for loss of data, revenue, profits resulting from performance of StreamingDelivery 23. We are not responsible or liable for lost emails or delayed IPN (https://www.paypal.com/us/ipn) posts. 24. All legal disputes between you and StreamingDelivery will be held in the state of Nebraska. If you file a lawsuit against us you agree to pay our legal fees. 25. We are not responsible for any of your data residing on StreamingDelivery servers. You are responsible for maintaining and backing-up your data. 26.
